The Quilt & Textile Museum offers fascinating exhibits of quilting, decorative needlework, clothing, and more in a state-of-the-art facility in the historic area of downtown Lancaster, adjacent to the historic Central Market and the the Lancaster Cultural History Museum. Highlighting the Quilt & Textile Museum is an incredible world-famous collection of Lancaster Amish Quilts established by the Esprit Corporation in the 1970s. More than 80 genuine Amish quilts - some more than 100 years old - showcase the craftsmanship and artistry practiced by Amish quilters.
