Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site

Once one of the most famous prisons in the world, this National Historic Landmark was the model for 300 prisons worldwide and held some of America's most notorious criminals, including Al Capone. Tours include the central rotunda, restored cells, the solitary confinement yards, the baseball diamond, death row and Al Capone's Cell.
