Spring is a very popular time for canoeing, rafting, and fishing, especially fly-fishing. The campground offers direct access to the Rail Trail and is located about midway from either trail head. Swimming and tubing are popular in the summer. On occasion, the bald eagles make an appearance. They can usually be spotted soaring above the campground and flying over the stream. |

From the South, take I-80 to Lock Haven (Exit 178) to Highway 220 to Lock Haven. Take Route 120 West until you get to Sinnemahoning. Turn North onto Route 872. Stay on this road for about 24 miles.
